As a legacy consultant, I work with artists, their families, collectors, and cultural organisations to navigate the many dimensions of preserving and shaping legacies.

This includes supporting artists in articulating how they wish to be remembered, guiding heirs and legal representatives through complex questions of stewardship, and fostering thoughtful collaborations with institutions and the art market.

I work in concert with the legal frameworks of estates, trusts, and private collections — structuring bequests, loans, and cultural philanthropic partnerships. Harmonising taxes, intellectual property rights, valuation, and potential sale of works within an investment and sustainability context.

I also facilitate archival organisation, documentation, appraisals, conservation, and digital preservation, in parallel with fostering the critical and historiographic conversations that emerge around an artist’s oeuvre.

With discretion and sensitivity, I help ensure that legacies are both legally safeguarded and culturally situated, to be carried forward with integrity across generations.
